SecureSign – login and transaction signing for Credit Suisse online services.

An existing client relationship with Credit Suisse and a valid login for one of the supported Credit Suisse online services are required in order to use this app.

SecureSign can be used for login and for transaction signing in the following Credit Suisse online services:
• Credit Suisse Direct
• Credit Suisse Direct app
• Credit Suisse PLUS
• MyBonviva - Rewards Shop
• eamXchange
• Direct Trade Finance
• my Solutions

:: Advantages of SecureSign ::
• SecureSign provides a high level of security
• Can be used everywhere and at any time. No need for an internet or telephone connection to use the SecureSign app
• Offers an easy and convenient means of logging in and confirming transactions such as payments, transfers, etc.

:: Credit Suisse Direct::
Once you have logged in, you can register for the new security procedure yourself under "My Profile/SecureSign".

:: Credit Suisse Direct App ::
With SecureSign, logging in to Mobile Banking is even faster and more convenient.
If you have installed Credit Suisse Direct and the SecureSign app on the same smartphone, only a user ID and password are now required to log in. After this, the SecureSign app asks you to confirm login by pressing a button.

Super frustrating. Cannot get a consistent usage with this app. Trying to log in to mobile banking and it tells me this app is not installed, when it is - and set up. I do not have PC access at this time, and of course, now this breaks down again and I can't pay my bills. Before you took over from NAB, it worked perfectly with them. Please fix it.

Setup on new device is not easy. UBS access at least asks if I want to get their activation letter and initiates the sending directly from the access app. In case of CS SecureSign, if "I don't have any of these items", it brings me back to the start screen and does not offer to send me the SecureSign activation letter. The only option is to go to web interface and order the letter manually.

Addition of this security step many times requires a second device, in able to scan a QR code during a payment. I chose not to have a laptop or tablet, so only with my smart phone I cannot handle payments. This app pushes people to have multiple devices just to be able to pay with your money. I understand the need of higher security, but please not on the cost of taking away access to our own money. Thank you for reconsideration.
