The app needs improvement. It frequently locks users out, requires password changes every few months, and doesn’t allow reusing previous passwords. Updating a phone number is difficult without access to the old one, and support often directs users to visit an office in person instead of offering online assistance. Once, locked out of the account, you've no other way to self recover the account without an agent to help you.

Canna Girls Pearls
Bring back the widget! It was very helpful and a time saver. Also need a way to lock and unlock card from the app just like some great banking apps I use currently. Lastly, Forcing to change my password after so many years was also irritating. I've loved banking with you guys but some much needed improvements would be nice. Please listen to your customers and ratings!!! If anything improves I will update my rating but for now giving u 3 stars is pushing it 🙄
