Getting rid of the text banking was an ignorant move. I used that so I don't have to put in passwords etc. For a faster view of my account. I went to go to forget username and can't see the security question. Just says question, and it's blank. Then says answer. Irritating.

(Sigh) questions I have never had an answer for, no way to get to the easy balance I used to...I miss the old program. Guess I go back to calling my back for a balance check to make sure my account is accurate. 21st century, using 20th century tech. Figures.

very pour setup not user friendly on your phone. It does NOT deserve a star!!!!!
