Horrible app!! I can never log in. Tells me my password and user name is wrong. Went to the bank and I was using the correct information. I wish it was like the Chase app. Might switch banks if they don't fix it.

ok, its constantly telling me to update my password once I try it gives me the run around saying my password is incorrect. it also tells me the answers to my security questions are incorrect . in order to get into my account I have to physically go into the bank and ask them to reset everything for me. Its very frustrating because I have a hectic work schedule which dont allow me time to go into the bank. Once reset the app works great.

Sorry this is on my son's Google account for that guy this Bank is the worst! You use this app and you get locked out and then you cannot get into it. You cannot just reset your password once you're locked out! This is ridiculous. I will be closing my account and going with a bigger bag that doesn't have such a primitive website.
