I have been waiting over a week for 6 deposits made from the miners to the affiliate platform. I have emailed support and have had no reply. I purchased an annual contract, and it appears I can't send my sats to the nc wallet any longer. The requests are stuck in processing, and every other day, it ask me to reconfirm. the request arrived within minutes when I was paying monthly. I can increase stars when I can consistently see my request in the specified wallet.

NEW REVIEW: WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS APP! They are clearly running a scam! I've been talking to customer support for almost a month about this issue, and I keep getting the run around. They say it's a tech issue, but tech refuses to fix the problem. I'm assuming I'll never get my withdrawal at this point and will be escalating it to the BBB and FTC!! Edit: No! I have given that to you multiple times already and never got a resolution! Been almost a year and I'm still waiting

Very poor app. I paid for a miner to mine 24/7, but you have to interact with it seven or eight times a day. The miner is not very profitable. If you do the math, you won't break even. The demo miner made a profit within a week, which is the same setup I am using now, but the paid version is way slower than the demo. I don't see a future with this app. I'm going to let my subscription run out and then cancel it unless I see a profit soon.
