please I applied for refund from this app after my subscription was not upgraded, I have been told that I was refunded, I am yet to see the refund in my Debit card which is my payment method and from the email I received, it says I was refunded US$0.00. please can you help me look into this let me know if I will receive the refund or not

It's actually DISGUSTING and UNUSABLE! It needs IP filtering to limit what countries can make a profile. worst customer service ever!!!

All fake profiles, don't waste your time. If you are dumb enough to pay like I finally did, you will not be able to keep up with blocking the fake profiles. It's all fake.
