Difficult to use in an emergency situation. Requires lengthy forms and validations. Just watched the driver of 436s get assaulted which happens daily. Homeless are allowed to ride free. They ride free to get methadone on semoran. Lynx busses are not safe. Lynx passes liability to 3rd party companies. Plenty of videos on YouTube and more to come.

I like how easy it is to use bus after you send a code to validate the concern such as XTM7 your system keeps turning off and people don't know if you've actually gotten it. So please don't do that because it is very irritating and misleading information and that's totally a disservice by your own actions?

App does not allow you to leave comments or complaints. Will give an email fault every time. The app is as dishonest as lynx.
