Very simple and to the point, love that I can make substitutions and Im told exactly what those can be, great for bariatric patients that are not able to consume certain things and want to get back on track safely.

Easy to follow. im on Day 1 although ive done this diet many times in the past. I have to tweak it some to be gluten free. What I have found is Ive had all 3 meals today and am only at 496 calories.

Great apps...i've lost 700gr - 1kg each day when i was doin the diet. Total lost 3kg in 3days. Its quite easy...if you focus and wants great result. Just stick to the menu !
