This is the worst and most terrible mobile banking app. it's full of bugs. I submitted my kyc and after confirming it says my father's name doesn't match with my NID while everything is fine. then, I resubmitted my kyc yet was unable to update my kyc due to that silly error. It took me around half an hour struggling with updating kyc. So frustrating, very disappointing. Fix the issues I faced, please.

“A very dangerous trap — after opening an account and doing good transactions for a few days, suddenly they close the account along with the money. Then you will fall into an embarrassing situation. Rocket company does not solve any problems, extremely poor service.”

Recently fund transfer to dbbl account is not allowed. They are showing to link account. How can i link someone else's account number to my rocket app. It is disappointing for me . It is happening after new update. 😓😓😓😓
