Ratings and reviews

A payment application's one of the most important feature is the ability to save the transaction as receipt. That's missing in NexusPay. It's making life hard. Please add this feature for great customers' convenience.

There have many facilities to users whose are easier their financial transaction by this application. But I need to editing options of saved beneficiary account for BEFTN, NPSB transactions, because, some of these may be long time unused or some may be inappropriate for typing mistakes. How would I recover this problems..??

Terrible experience with this app and bank! With the name of security they just wasting our valuable time and money. I don’t think the workers are even professional or not! Got my travel card after 5 months and forgot the nexuspay app pin. So I cannot reset the password without closing the rocket account.
