Ratings and reviews

The app itself is slow at times. While they do have a lot of crytpos to choose from, it just doesnt compare to more established platforma. Not to mention, Globopay.eu seems very sketchy to use. It's based in Lithuania. I tried the verification process to purchase $50 USDT and it wasn't possible even with the tips on how to do it. I tried using google, duck, and samsung internet and i couldn't get it to work.

App doesn't work properly. Support refuses to help me with a password reset. I'm not getting sent my reset email. I know how search through my main inbox and my spam folder. They want a video of me trying to login rather than helping me get into my account. Apparently, a video of me doing the exact things im describing, are required. She can't do a password reset, due to privacy policy. So, I can't do a reset on my end and you can't do a reset on your end. Why should I waste my time on a video?

Dex-Trade seemed fairly promising at first — there were many options to choose from &, ostensibly, it was a true decentralized exchange, & primed for growth... Then, Dex-Trade flaked out one day & has been awol for at least ~3mo. There is no way to log-in to retrieve your crypto...(?) & Seeing it's virtually unanimous for the majority of written reviews, I'll agree: Dex-trade is indeed a scam.
