Ratings and reviews

Been using the app for nearly two years, started off great, but over time, it just got worse and worse, it's slow and buggy and if you're trying to send coins to another place it just fails, and get stuck even when selecting the higher fees, I'm sorry Ledger, but things have gone right downhill over the past year. So tempted to move my coins back to an exchange. (If it would ever let me)!

Only 2 stars because after yesterday's update my assets disappeared and I needed to re-import from desktop. I've had to do that many times before, but this time it felt like the option was hidden. I had to navigate through 5 undocumented steps to find it. Help, and instructions on desktop app, are not up to date so only found it through trial and error. Please fix this, even if only by putting the right instructions in help and desktop app.

Absolutely no faith in this app or the Nano X to which it refuses to connect. I have literally spent hours trying to setup the Nano X, which was not a cheap product. It refuses to connect via USB and will not connect via Bluetooth 99% of the time. I have reset Bluetooth umpteen times and also done a factory reset on the Nano X but still cannot gain access. I will be returning this for a refund as I have no faith in it's ability to consistently, reliably and quickly access and manage my crypto.
