I purchased the premium version of this app years ago, and have used it ever since. Imagine my surprise when the premium version just stops working one day and I can't even find it in the Play Store, just this ad-supported app. I finally remember I can open the Play Store from any app via 'app info,' only to discover it hasn't been updated in years. Evidently the app I paid for has been abandoned. The entire thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, so I'm just going to find a new dictionary app.

app has had some weird updates. can't switch between dictionary and thesaurus AFTER you've searched a word. Only before. I miss being able to do that. Also when trying to look a word up with dictionary it went to thesaurus instead and I couldn't get it to show after multiple times re-searching. Then had the opposite problem today with another word. also ads that are too big for the screen so the close button doesn't show and you can't scroll or back out. have to fully close out the app.

I couldn't recall if "contentedly" was a proper English word or not, so I looked it up on this app. It found no results, but linked to the word "contently." I thought that meant the word is incorrect, until I clicked on the link and found it defined by the word "contentedly!" To use one word to define another, yet not even have that word in your dictionary?! Go download Webster or Cambridge instead!
