Ratings and reviews

I mostly liked the app, and have recently discontinued my subscription. I found it terribly irritating that many words I would search for were not found within the app, but a simple Google search gave me the definition with no problem. The words were unusual, but not slang, and it really made me wonder what I was paying for in the app

When I press the speaker icon to hear the word being pronounced nothing happens. I have to tap it several times before it eventually works. Maybe it needs time to "warm up" 05/08/22 Now when I press the button to hear the spoken word I get the last part of the word. The first syllable is not heard. I have to hit it 3-4 times before I hear the full word. Sent an email. Let's see if I hear back. Otherwise, I'll just uninstall and find another dictionary. EDIT: SPEAKER BEGAN WORKING temporarily

This dictionary is contributing heavily to my vocabulary. It's simple to read, simple to understand, and with any hard to comprehend definitions, there goes the thesaurus. I have saved over 200 words thus far. I am hoping to memorize all of them, along with their definitions. this dictionary app is free and totally worth the space. it updates itself and reminds you when it's time to sign in.
