It took me about 10 months to activate it (phones, emails, complaints, lots of money spent and problems because I had no online access to my accounts). BCR close it without informing me and now the same story for 5 months already as they won't reactivate access. Stay away of BCR, their products and customer service just don't function.

Doesn't even download. Before the update it worked very well. Now I can't use it, when I need it the most, because it doesn't download. I deleted almost everything on my phone, restarted. Called the call center and the nice lady told me to buy another phone. Nice!

The last update does not work. I'm in quarantined and I can't use a basic internet banking service. Also no one answers when I try to contact the call center!!!! I need acces to the internet banking and I can t even buy food because this application is completely useful. The new update requires a new password which I do not have! Absolutely mediocre service!
