Horrible app every time I use it takes a long time to load. sometimes 20 min just for it to log in then another 10 to 15 to be able to see the dashboard. Clicking on promo banners and never loads the right one. Ive had this app for over a year with no updates while I have other apps that update weekly sometimes I'm no developer but these app developers are horrible! I will no longer take up space on my phone with this app.

App is ok if you want to check points and maybe check some promotions. Other than that not much you can do. Can't book a room through app as it directs you to website. Offers never seem to update properly. You have to call anyways to see offers. For a casino that deals with millions of dollars they could do more with the app

Absolute terrible experience this morning. Kiosk and machines would not read my cards. Couldn't collect my premiums, did not wish to continue further after being told that NO ONE would be able to help with the cards until 8am!! Absolutely ridiculous! 3rd shifters should have the same treatment as the others. I cannot believe I was asked to wait 5 hours before I could get help. Decided to contact the casino through the Eagle Access app.... Low and behold can't send a message.
