Ratings and reviews

They just transfer a low amount and when you go for the second time, they block your transfer and amount giving no reason (internal compliance). They will ask you to show the amount as a transfer from your income even though it is from a gaming site (and their transaction statement clearly shows where the transfer came from). And when you ask them to justify why they transfered the first time, they will have no answer and will go underground. Worse , their app is just a ruse..No Chat rep avlbl

Been waiting for nearly a whole month for my account error to be lifted, I cant transfer anything, I have sent all my update documents, all I want is my money..??? The 1st time was good, 2nd time, not to good, hope I get my money, I will never reccomend this app ever again or to anyone I know,...!!! So upset. Not a happy customer..

It's a royal pain. Over 38 GB of storage available on my phone, but it won't update. Tried multiple times to update, but it never ever goes past the "update" button. Why would you release something this unstable? I've tried clearing the PlayStore cache and storage. Still nothing. C'mon guys, you're better than this!! Fix it, please.
