In looking at all the "data" collected from user reviews, out of the 11 listed, three are in the year 2021. Comparing to the"data" collected from the endless feed of "negative" reviews vs the 11 "positive" reviews, it's plain to see that when it comes to the developers actually fixing this flawed app, they would much rather blame the driver. Good luck out there, guys! Drive safely, and remember NOT to run the mentor app on the same device as the flex app, and that should help improve your score

Thanks for the feedback. We implore you to take your driving responsibilities seriously and encourage you to continue working to eliminate risky behaviors such as those noted in your review and those specifically identified by Mentor including rapid acceleration, harsh braking, harsh cornering, distraction, and speeding.

This app is not based on real life applications. I get phone manipulation deductions for ending my route when the van is parked in the parking lot after the end of my shift. The FICO score system does not really prove anything. At some point in you're route you are forced to make u-turn because of the way the stops are made in the Amazon Flex app. Constant u-turns if you follow the order, it's ridiculous, then the mentor app deducts points for that.

This app is incredibly unreliable. It's supposed to automatically detect when you change your mode of travel. But it registers you getting out of the vehicle as phone manipulation. The GPS is eractic, and every time it jumps positions it tags drivers for hard acceleration or hard braking I even took screenshots. DO NOT USE!!!!

Rest assured there is extremely sound methodology behind Mentor’s model designed with industry analytics leader FICO®. Shown to predict likelihood of crash involvement, the FICO® Safe Driving Score factors in positive and negative behaviors, evaluates behavior vs. safe thresholds using g-force levels, and assesses distraction with varying weights.
