annoying process to clock in & out. having to do it twice each time is redundant and makes me think I've already clocked in but noo I didn't hit clock in a SECOND time so, no, I'm not clocked in. why would only once suffice?

worked for a couple of months now when I log on it just closes the app. I tried reinstalling and still does the same thing.

Customer service is rude and show no interest in helping you. They interrupt and ultimately hang up on you. Do not recommend...
