Nice and easy. So far no issues. Food is good and I'm visibly showing evidence of weight loss. Only complaint is that the $10 coupon I've earned can't be applies to anything. Error message states, "cannot be applied at this time" every time I've tried to use it. Aside from that, I do recommend this subscription service. I removed 2 stars since I've still been unable to use my reward and now have a second reward which I can also not use. After my next review I'll be stopping my subscription

This is a tough one to write because I wanted so much to love this service. We subscribed for 5 months and the food is excellent with a large selection WHEN they actually deliver it. They use UPS in my area and in a months time I only received a single correct delivery. Either the order was wrong or the order never was delivered. The app would say delivered and the tracking would show that the order was never picked up by the carrier. The app is not as smooth as Hello Fresh.

I do enjoy some of the meals. They are super easy to make and are delicious. I'm only giving this three stars because they completely messed up one of my orders and sent me somebody else's food and it was less than what I had ordered. They did give me credit to use on a future box for the amount that I had paid BUT I paid for a discount box and I can't use the credit until the discounts are gone. This also means that I'm not going to get the same amount of food that I had originally paid for.
