Ratings and reviews

This app is glitchy on my Android device. It keeps forcing me to log in almost every time I try to navigate to a different section of the app. When trying to check out and submit payment it does the same thing which is super frustrating. I have actually decided not to purchase items at times because it is such a terrible user experience. The only really nice thing is that they finally integrated all of the different stores for each league into one platform.

The actual "app" is great. Love shopping at Fanatics (if it were a real store, you'd have to come with crowbars to get me out of there!). The ONLY reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is that when you go to checkout, I feel like I keep getting run around from page to page. Hope that can be fixed sometime soon, as I saw a couple of things I'd like to purchase later on.

Terrible 1st shopping experience. Bought a Bulls jersey 2 weeks ago and recieved an email stating my order was canceled due to "licensing violations." After speaking to a rep, they said it was actually because the item was sold out. During that convo, I placed another order on the same exact item. It went through and it said "3 left in stock." Really annoyed by the mixed messages and the time it took to notify me and the time I spent looking for accurate information. Official partners? Ugh, pls.
