Ratings and reviews

Nice app overall. Has it's rough edges for sure hence the 4 stars but it's pretty much nuances, I'm sure the developers are aware and already working on improvements. I actually had an issue with my first money withdrawal, but it turned out that the problem was on the side of my bank and had nothing to do with FasterPay. The support team was very cooperative and helped me a ton to resolve the issue

Great app I guess. Works perfectly fine for my brother. Transaction time fast! Though I've been having a rough time with them verifying my proof of address. Uploaded documents and have to wait for a very long time only for them to decline. Their customer care on Facebook is so fast and swift to action though those guys on the app will hardly reply you. I hoping they verify my proof of address soonest though. Overall, I guess it's a great platform!

I can't comprehend all the this negative review. Well as far as i have experienced.. If you are legit and honest customer and you want an excellent secured wallet. Fasterpay is the best. However, they can improve in their turnaround customer support time. Aside that, they are excellent in service delivery.
