Instructions for using the Cooperative Treasury O2O APP:

2. Prevent the phone from entering standby mode: This permission is required for barcode scanning for payment services.

3. Receive network data: This permission is required for network functions.
4. View network connections: This permission is required for network functions.
5. Have full network access rights: This permission is required for network functions.
