The Freedom from Diabetes App is a true companion on your journey of reversing diabetes!

This App provides education, inspiration and support to diabetics across the world, through an easy, unique way by staying connected with an assigned team of doctors, dieticians, and mentors.

Users, receive daily messages related to diet, exercise, relevant activity, freedom story, etc. They can keep a record of their blood sugar levels and other vitals like BP and weight. They also get to communicate with The Freedom Doctor for a limited period of time.

Users, can communicate with an assigned doctor and send their blood sugar levels, diet and exercise details. They can also communicate with an assigned mentor to get help and moral support whenever needed.

First time registration not available and tried to register. But not getting OTP after giving mobile number, as it is asking for first time registration. Hence, could not proceed further. No screen to register for first time users.

The program is great, app is good. Video display does not rotate. Videos could be more concise and better shot

What FFD is doing is SIMPLY WONDERFUL! This is one organization in India that does much more - MUCH MUCH MORE - than what they take from its members. They provide so much of information and knowledge, it is unbelievable. Yes, I agree that the App should be workable on laptops. It is very hard to use on mobile. Cannot watch properly. Very difficult to watch sessions live as per IST from different time zones. It would be helpful if members can get monthly schedule regarding what is to be done during the month. There are just too many things going on in the programme and it is difficult to keep track of the sessions. God bless FFD and members of the team!
