Call function doesn't work and loading time is extremely slow. When loading appointments, it is also inconsistent. Sometimes it will load old appointment, no appointment or the correct appointment. When the staff messages you, they are inflexible and insists that appoinments can only be done via the app, even if it doesn't work. Even suggested Zoom as an alternative, which doesnt cost them yet they still insist on using an app that is not functional.

App is extremely slow (it takes time to load some unseen list every time you fill in a field in a claims form), extremely unstable (crashes every time you try to submit with a pdf attachment), crashes when trying to resubmit an edited claim. If it doesn't crash, it constantly brings up the message that it is unable to connect to server. User experience is so awful that sometimes I wonder if it's worth going through the claims process to save 70 bucks.

if there is the option for no stars, I will pick up that option. the app doesnt load properly (though you have stable and good connection), doesnt allow you to log in seamlessly (you gotta wait a thousand years and sometimes you will encounter an error), doesnt load the list of clinics properly (just in case the one you used to go dropped out of the list), doesnt filter the search list properly, etc. basically, this app is bound to fail.
