Service is terrible! I went for a year-end health check-up and the results showed a dental issue. I visited Hoan My Hospital (using direct billing/insurance guarantee) to get a filling as advised by the doctor. Hoan My Hospital noted in the diagnosis that the filling could not be done there and required dental treatment at another branch (because this branch currently doesn't have the kind of service). FULLERTON rejected the claim, citing "no treatment plan" as the reason.

Just overall terrible experience with Fullerton and this app and their telemedicine. Today, I made an appointment. It accepted payment. I heard nothing back. There is no way to contact support. I made another appointment. Paid up. Same thing. Finally after calling CLINIC services, I got redirected to the telemed services. Their helpdesk seems to think their job is to pass my case to IT and not to help set up a medical appointment. Well done, Fullerton.
