Deposit checks from your phone, easy login with a pin instead of username/password every time, super easy to make loan payments from. And all transactions are finally labeled correctly, so if you bought something at McDonald's it'll show up as "Mcdonalds" or if you make a transaction at Safeway it'll pop up on your account records as "Safeway". As of February 2021 this app is in it's prime. Seriously the best banking app you could ask for. Nothing is confusing.

The app glitches frequently. It won't allow proper transfers to and from my accounts. Also one time after failing to transfer funds to another account, and after giving me the message that the transfers failed,(I tried multiple times with no success) it all by itself later transfered the funds without my knowledge. A lot of money moved to the different accounts after it said that the transfers failed. So I went in person to the Credit Union, and the teller said she couldn't help me.

This app is always causing problems, locking me out, making me physically go to the bank to fix the issues etc. I don't know if it's just my bank but even in person they aren't good. I got an IRS letter at FIFTEEN because they got my social security wrong, apparently they had my phone number wrong since the beginning because when I went it to update it they had a different one entirely on file. This bank is impossible and I wish I had a different local one
