The real-time information isn't real time. At first viewing the app looks great, if a little tedious to go through various steps to get the data needed. The "Read Time" information was staying the same when turning on the kettle and found out you need to actually log out and back in to refresh the kwh being used. The app seems to cater for several sites, but the average home owner would only have 1 inverter installed, so the app needs a lot of improvements.

App shows almost no relevant information, I would like to be able to zoom the graphs, I would like more statistics to be added like monthly self sufficiency percentage. The monthly energy taken from the grid in the graphs seems bugged, it always show 0, that is not possible. So even thought you are lacking relevant statistics that would help me manage my energy consumption, I can't even calculate them myself because the statistics that you gather are bugged/broken. Also add more customization.

Frustrating. We have now been 'offline' for 30 hours now and no doubt the app will continue to say so for yet awhile. We have had solar panels for 20 months and at the height of this summer we cannot get a reading. We can get onto the Internet, so it is not that we have a problem with our connection. However, there is nothing to tell us why or how we can resolve the problem with FoxCloud.
