Ratings and reviews

The information it provides and the controls it promises look good. OK, they may take some getting used to. But the big failure here is it doesn't work. The programmed work modes don't work as the should. Some settings change without input to do so. Bottom line is I've lost control of my battery. I understand the problem is firmware. The would be inconvenient if I'd been warned an instructed what to do. But to just change an not give warning and support is seriously poor customer service.

A truly atrocious app. I don't have a Phd in power supply engineering and as an ordinary bloke most of the statistics and graphs are incomprehensible, as well as difficult to read. Fox seems to be as bad as Microsoft when "upgrading" software by making the wrong choices and driving their customers away. So please Fox, can we have an app that is straightforward to use, supplies base line figures that anyone can understand, is readable, accurate and actually works. We paid a lot for your system!

The app is not intuitive and now seems like you click on a lot of options to find the data such as PV produced and self sufficiency. Main point though is that I cannot see (or don't have) any way to select times to charge or discharge the battery to avoid peak times (mode scheduler?). Result is it will cost me money if this is not resolved quickly. Wish I hadn't 'updated' the app.
