About this app

With Fundrise, you can build a portfolio of private market investments, like real estate, venture capital, and private credit. Fundrise is America’s largest direct-to-consumer alternative asset manager, serving more than 2 million people. We have invested in a $7+ billion portfolio* that is uniquely well-positioned to preserve and grow your capital in any market environment.

REAL ESTATE
Private real estate investing offers the unique potential to earn consistent cash flow through income and long-term growth through appreciation. Fundrise has acquired and managed more than 300 investments — like single-family rentals, industrial properties, and multifamily apartments —collectively worth more than $7 billion*, on behalf of Fundrise investors.

VENTURE CAPITAL
Investing in high-growth private technology companies has proven to be one of the best performing strategies of the last 50 years. Our venture capital fund targets leading mid-to-late stage startups in sectors like Artificial Intelligence, Modern Data Infrastructure, and Machine Learning. Now you can invest in some of the world’s top tech companies, including those leading the AI revolution, before they go public.

PRIVATE CREDIT
Our private credit investment strategy intends to capitalize on the changed economic environment, offering some of the most attractive potential risk-adjusted returns of the past decade. With far more borrowers in search of capital, than there are willing lenders, the cost of borrowing has skyrocketed. This has created a rare window for private lending and, in-turn, an income-generating investment opportunity.

ADVANCED DIVERSIFICATION
We believe that smart diversification is critical to long-term wealth creation and preservation. We make it easy to diversify beyond stocks and bonds, outside the stock market. Diversifying is simple and helps you minimize asset correlation and portfolio risk as your investment portfolio gains immediate exposure to dozens of high-quality private market assets.

TRANSPARENT REPORTING
Within minutes of investing, you can watch as your dollars are diversified. Follow along as your investment portfolio progresses with updates like new acquisitions, construction progress, market data trends, and exit updates.

BANK-LEVEL SECURITY
Fundrise uses bank-level security for your protection. Investor information is encrypted with bank-level AES encryption. Two-factor authentication is available to all investors, and App users have access to the added layer of protection available through biometric access.

EXPERT SUPPORT
Our dedicated Investor Relations team is available via email or phone to answer your questions and help with your account.

You can't even get into the app and see how it actually works until after you give them your name, address, SSN, phone number, and bank account. You even have to choose what the investment plan you're going with is before being able to browse the app. There should be a "Skip for now" feature so I can at least see what I'm giving money and data to.

I followed this app and their newsletter for a year before downloading it. I have not had any trouble since. It is a great addition to my diversified portfolio as a semi-liquid investment. It is definitely meant to be a medium to long-term, so anyone who complains of not being able to get money out of it easily or paying hefty fines either did not read the small print or did not have the expendable funds to risk. The Goal tracker is an excellent way to keep within my five year plan. 1+year in.

Was good, feels like shady "improvements" attempt to hide bad returns. Years ago, you'd sign in to the app and immediately know what gains/losses accrued since your last login. With a few presses you could find annualized and quarterly returns, percentages according to appreciation and dividends. Now, you sign in and it seems to be a gain/loss based on a randomly generated date. You can still find annual and quarter gains etc, but the granularity is intentionally obfuscated. Makes me want to Q
