The app doesn't work half the time. Logs you out occasionally and forces you to "sign up" and it takes days to get the email to get back in to it. It sometimes won't work during hours when they are not open and error message you to try again or call when they are in office. Which makes no sense for an app to have working people hours. I was understanding of these problems at first but the app has been around for months now and it still has this same problem.

I appreciate the simplicity of scheduling through the app. It is easy to use and more convenient than having to deal with a representative on the phone going by a script and tediously plodding through it step by step when most of the necessary info is already available to them on the computer. My only issue is with the insurance company and the occasional failure to communicate, resulting in missed appointments and needing to reschedule.

If you call customer service, they can't see your screen or profile to see any of the miscommunications. They have all these limitations that are NO where to be found in the app. I have looked and even called them and my insurance provider, and they can't find them either to reference, but you know nothing you can do and definitely nothing will be done to fix it.
