desktop interface is no longer usable. When I try to make a change, I get error "oops, something went wrong, try again later. Then often after that I get "403 forbidden" on the page and can't get back in. The ads are intrusive and annoying! also, it doesn't look like group text messages get backed up.

I've used this backup app for years. It's really useful and has saved my neck a few times when I've accidentally deleted something. The only drawback, thus the 4 stars, is that the app only backups individual files/photos, and not folders. It used to have that feature, but was removed a while ago. It's supposed to be returning in the near future.

I see I'm not the only one having issues. App hasn't backed up my data for months now! It crashes regularly. It wiped out years of old backed up data! Been using this app for many years. Back when they didn't force a monthly fee after you've already paid the one time $100 fee for unlimited storage! Talking to customer service solves nothing! All you get is repetitive instructions that never solve anything! Updates haven't fixed the issues. GET IT TOGETHER! Your paying customers deserve it!
