I've played this game on and off over the years. Just downloaded it again. Had to close and open the app 3 times for it to be responsive to my touches. Upon seeing the "New" Clawee, I am very disappointed. They now have a subscription that you have to have if you want to play some games and get free shipping? They have "keys" now to access some of the games? What an utterly disgusting and disappointing money grab. Such a pity, it used to be such a good game.

Total scam. You won't receive the prizes that you win. I've been waiting almost 4 months. I emailed support and all I got was an automated response. When I sent back all of the necessary info INCLUDING my shipment confirmations, I still got NOTHING back, it's been nearly two weeks and I've sent multiple emails now. This app only steals your money. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP.

Cool idea, but a machine I played I won two prizes and I only received one. this happened twice now. additionally this app is worse than before because now you have to claim your prize within a certain time or its lost. this doesnt even make sense. also, you have to pay shopping individually instead of being able to pump prizes together for one fee.
