Disappointing app from a good company. If you're in the same building as your Goal Zero product it works okay (not great), but of course you probably don't need it in that case. But when you actually try to use it when away from home to monitor power levels, it appears to display the same power level as when you were last home, then shows connection failed. I had someone check the actual power level and my Yeti device is working great and charging while providing pass-through power to my fridge.

It would be nice if it could stay connected to the Yeti but it has been constantly disconnecting since receiving it. It would also be nice if it could remember the wifi password rather than making me re-enter it every time I have to try to reconnect it. Aside from that, it does the job to display the necessary information and to control the ports.

the app is ok, maybe. the app shows battery status. not the individual cells, whether they're balanced. maybe it's the app maybe it's the unit. battery life is short. And that could be because of inferior batteries you should be able to tell whether the cells are balanced or not for the price you're paying if it's the program it has to be rewritten then because anybody who knows anything wants to know that.
