I used to love this app and had no issue paying for the membership, but things changed . It never works right. I have cancelation insurance, so I can cancel until an hour before my tee time. You used to get 100% of your points back, but now you only get about 10% back. So what the hell am I paying for. In addition, it hasn't been working, can't even see available tee times anymore. I will NOT be using it and definitely won't be renewing my Golf Pass membership next year.

Don't pay for green fees on this app! Difficult to Navigate-Scheduled Wrong Day We scheduled a tee time for a Sunday afternoon, but it somehow switched to Sat (same day) and when we tried to correct after paying, the app says we can't cancel due to 24 hour policy. Don't pay for green fees on this app! Call the course you want to play directly or you will lose your money!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Tried to book a "hot deal" as I paid they took it away saying some error occurred reloaded my app, they showed the same deal but switched days, I unknowingly booked the wrong day and when I tried to cancel moments later they refused a refund only a credit to my account and wouldn't book the deal the kept showing me for that day only full price at the course... pathetic and awful policy especially for your errors I wouldn't pi$$ on you if you were on fire after this
