Ratings and reviews

Difficult to navigate, very basic. Unless you know exactly where you want to go, it can be hard to find a good list of options. Does give lists of amenities and ratings of cleanliness of restrooms and laundry facilities as well as area overall, which we find very useful. It hasn't improved in the several years I've tried to use it. They update the databases but not the app it seems.

G.S should have one app that puts all your information . There is no login on this app. There's no spot on this app to add your other complete membership. I do not understand why you have to have four different numbers when you're a platinum complete member. It makes it look like you're trying to avoid the members. with the system that you have it makes it easy to lose track of who your members are. I've heard this complaint from others as well, that they lose membership informational. Please

it NEVER works! I've tried for months and get a constant circling ... we've been traveling for 3 months and I've tried everything with this app and have got ZERO... absolutely nothing no results no response .... very frustrating... 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend
