not very user friendly I attempted to extend my stay at a campsite and with one click and explanation while trying to modify the dates it cancelled the days that I had already set up and then refunded me but said there was an error and they would have to send a Treasury check. I've just given up on getting the money back and repayed for my site to still keep the days I had since it is so hard to get the spot I was reserving.

Full of bugs and glitches. Choppy, slow, and frustrating. It won't let me edit my profile like: " change my email address". I'm using the app on my Android. They've got some work to do on this app. I wish I could love it, but I don't. Every time I go on it to make a reservation for a Wilderness permit or a camping site, it takes so long that I wish I was on the old system.

Dates available do not load reliably. No way to filter out day use areas for reservations so it makes it look like there is camping availability when there's not. I wait super long times for pages to load, like the app or server can't handle the volume. Super frustrating on top of an Oregon system that makes it almost impossible to get camping in the summer
