About this app

I (Hak, serial entrepreneur & designer/developer of Priority List) have been using this 'Priority List' concept and the algorithms behind it for 10+ years. I made this app so others who also have what seems like millions of tasks can also manage them efficiently in a stress-free way.

Priority List combines the power of Eisenhower & Priority Matrix principles into beautifully simple task lists, automatically ordered in terms of priority based on scores added to each task. It further adds the ability to leverage Kanban principles in a powerfully simple way.

Remember, prioritization helps you focus on what really matters most and keeps critical projects on track. I've included a few guides in the app to help you make the most of it.

This app is nearly perfect. Instead of just the Eisenhower matrix, this app lets you grade your to-dos on difficulty/how long it will take, importance, AND deadline/urgency. I personally would like a sliding scale for urgency will be part of it, and widgets - those two changes alone would probably put this straight into 5-Star territory for me.

This is amazing. I think this app is just so brilliant. I'd love to see a widget in the future, with customizable size, font size, and text padding so I can have a small widget with lots of info on it! I'd also like if subtasks could inherit the slider numbers from the parent task. Edit: also I have a list with two sublist, I see only 5 tasks on screen. I easily forget if I've entered something already, want to see more at a glance so compact option would help in-app too. Reordering sublists?

Exactly What I Needed! I have been looking for an app that helps differentiate priorities based on different criteria. I love that you can input the importance and time and the list organizes itself. This app is definitely helpful for larger projects that require breaking things down. I highly recommend and am going to share it with my peers.
