I am a field tech for a major automation company and I use this app to manage my projects. It works great! I am able to define automation systems as tasks, with checklists beneath them representing the loose ends that system has. I am then able to move those tasks into categories representing the other on-site contractors, so I always know who's court the ball is in. The category edit view gives me a quick visual representation of the relative sizes of each category, so I can easily tell when it is time to go hound a foreman. I find that this app allows my complicated and sporadic work flow essentially Kanban based, which is ideal (having come from a manufacturing background). Are there bugs? Yes. Does it take a lot of time to curate your tasks? Kind of. But it allows you to see where your project is at a glance and prevents little things from getting dropped until the last minute. It is invaluable to my workflow!
A bit buggy. Check items kept duplicating and items not always saving to project. Has great potential though.
Nice, but the mobile app needs improvement. Tasks aren't synced between the website and the app. Also, users don't show on the app, i have to use the website to assign tasks.
No time tracking feature is disappointing
Beautiful project management app - twins well with the gorgeous website Due dates, checklists, draggable tiles and more
Great for project management. Amazing design. Set this as my default project management app
With this update we add the functionality to delete and archive projects from within the app. You can enable due date notifications now. And, last but not least, we resolved several bugs:
- Fixed crash after newly created section in new project
- Fixed checklist sync and edit issue
