I won the lottery to purchase tickets but when I tried to claim them on the app it kept telling me that I needed to update the app. When trying to do so it wouldn't allow me to choose the device. My device was grayed out and said it was already installed. I uninstalled and re-installed numerous times. I emailed for help and nothing. I wasted an hour and now I'm passed the deadline. Ugggghhh! Initially the app was easy to use, sign up, enter the lottery but now it's stuck.

I won lottery tickets, and tried to claim them for 2 hours. I kept getting No such token error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I contacted the email and nothing. But at 2pm it was very quick to tell me i missed out on the tickets. I didn't miss out the app obviously had some sort of issues. I have been trying for months to only win and the app not work. Thanks alot

I liked the app and used it to enter the lottery for months. I finally won a ticket to a show today and was thrilled. But I tried for an hour and a half to add a payment method to claim and buy my ticket. I received an error message each time. I tried 4 different credit cards and all got the same error. I contacted the help service but I got nothing but the automatic reply. There's no other way to reach out about ticket problems. Reinstalling the app and power cycling didn't help either. Sad.
