I love the idea of the service, but this app has problems. It crashes if anything on your phone plays a noise, be it text or advertisement. The purchase system is buggy(bought a book and was only given 2 of 8 parts), and I get the feeling that employee training for dealing with the app is less than uniform based on how they handled/fixed my above issue.

Love SBT content, but the app has been rough. The beginning of every chapter of the book I'm listening to takes some time to...load(?) despite having downloaded it. The result is that it plays for maybe 10 seconds with no audio so I have to go back to catch what I missed every chapter. Definitely breaks any immersion into a book. edit: it doesn't play sound at the start of each chapter until I unlock my phone and re-open the app. so I have to restart each chapter

Love the SBT audiobooks and narration, hate the app. It's such a shame. Mongo does not approve! Slow load times, can't cast to Google home, no read timer, random crashes, hard to navigate... I'd buy more SBT books because I love what you do, but the app is so bad that I won't spend money here because it's such a hassle to listen to them. If I could jailbreak the books to listen to them in a better app I'd buy more books. Until then my money for books goes to other companies.
