I've been doing jobs since 2022 when they were Handy (and better). Recently closed the account for a job that I completed, and they took part of the pay back because according to the chat agent, the customer returned the item. It was a 2 person job that I did alone, which Handy used to account for and make pay adjustments to compensate automatically. That never happened and instead I loss out on money with the reverse pay adjustment. Like another reviewer said, it's a money grab at this point.

If I could do zero stars I would. They take a ridiculous amount and on top of that their support is slow and not helpful, and their app barely functions. Not to mention you will get jobs that the customer doesn't even know we're scheduled either because it was booked through a third party, or because angi double booked the job. On top of this their "daily cash out" is very misleading in it's wording, as you will typically get payment 2-6 days later. All in all avoid this app like the plague.

Selected two jobs. The 1st job on the day loaded needed tools, when i got off work was no longer there. Nothing notified me, hurried and rushed to make it and had to contact customer service just to find out it was canceled. 2nd job couldn't reach the customer for 2 days, contacted customer service and was told they would try but I needed to show up anyway or be fined $50 for no show. I argued for 4 hrs before I decided to go since they had a bonus, showed up and customer denied. Now no pay!!!
