Just so everyone knows, if you get a deposit match bonus, this app takes 3 days to give you the bonus funds. It says within 72 hours and they take every single minute of that time. And, that is bonus money so cannot be taken out. Also takes a huge amount of time to withdraw. At least a week. Other apps give bonus money immediately and withdrawals are processed quickly. NOTHING quick about this app. I think I am deleting it after I finally get my bonus funds I have been waiting 2 days for.

Yeah, the app doesn't locate. I don't know what happened. I never had a problem with this. And after the 5 or 6 days it takes for them to respond to you, they say it's on my end, but I belong to 25 other casinos and don't have a single problem with them locating me. So basically, I might as well just forget about harrow's because it'll never get fixed if it takes five days just to email somebody back.How long do you think it's gonna take to fix the problem

The games are good. However the withdrawal process time frame is way to long. Also I don't like the bonus process. No way of seeing how many tier points you've accumulated. It takes forever to receive a response from customer support. You guys need to upgrade and do live chats like everyone else.
