I've never known an app like this one. instant access to lots of helpful information and practitioner help with mental health within a few hours! There are workshops and so many tips with advice to support lots of different health barriers.

All the fun of trying to get a GP appointment, but in an app. In short, I have not been able to use this app due to its abysmal error handling. My experience: I entered my details for enrollment. Details were accepted and the app span up, then reported an error with no code or support details. After a week or so this cleared. I started the guided questionnaire which went well until I tried to change one of my answers. I now cannot submit my responses. Again, no error code or help suggestions.

Amazing, well informed nurses to help you through your perimenopause/menopause journey. They are all so lovely and incredibly supportive. Once they've given you advice they also follow up to see how you're doing. Nothing is too much trouble. Best app I've ever used!
