This latest update is not good at all. I used to listen to recitation even with my screen off but now it shuts off as soon as I turn the screen off. Also, earlier I had option to choose whose recitation I listen to. Now, there is only one default option. I am uninstalling the app. EDIT after 2 months - still no change in the app. I am installing the app occasionally and checking if the issues are resolved. I am uninstalling it again. So I used to love this app but I hate opening it is extremely awkward to open this app for Quran recitation, finding the qibla, prayer times or things to remember my lord but have to listen to an ad the contains 🎶 music. To be honest it's quite embarrassing to open this app in public or anywhere around conscious muslims because of the blaring music from the ads or uncovered women popping up. This is an excellent app otherwise and its free, please consider fixing the ad issue.

I've had this since it's inception and now we have to pay for the subscription. is the content great and use of the app sure. however, I'm not paying for any app. and when I changed emails I lost all my data from what I accomplished
