Ratings and reviews

For a Canadian who travels a lot to different countries, this is a great option compared to more expensive plans (although I have a lifetime number, not sure if monthly payments are worth it). It works for most services although sometimes I do have some issues with verification (but still worth it compared to having a regular Canadian phone or nothing at all). The app sometimes seems a bit buggy, but nothing major. Support is normally very quick.

the app never notifies me of messages and phone calls. I miss business opportunities on a weekly basis because of this. I essentially spent $35-$50 to lose thousands more. Very disappointed in this app and I recommend against using it until they've fixed this issue. All my settings are adjusted to allow for unfettered background battery and data usage, all my notifications are on, my volume is up, etc. This is not a user error.

Warning: The developer replied and confirmed they cannot guarantee the receipt of verification codes because many services block VoIP numbers. This is a CRITICAL limitation that is not made clear enough in the app description before purchase. For anyone needing a number for account verification (a primary use case), be aware this app is unreliable for that purpose. My refund was denied.
