beyond frustrated with your product... I have reached out to your help desk multiple times I've provided everything they've asked I've even provided a video of what's happening on my phone and I am receiving nothing besides every so often a note that says we're still looking into it this has been months this has been a total waste of money Please either fix this or refund my money

Update: clearing all data or simply uninstalling and reinstalling appears to fix the issue. Changing to 3 stars for now. App keeps making the screen flash every second or two making it impossible to actually use. Appears to be an issues for a couple months now based on other reviews. This issue should have been addressed already.

The application is surprisingly very functional and it's not glitchy at all. It seems to work very well. Customer service is phenomenal I messed up and entered the wrong digit on my license when I wanted to have my license monitored and I called and got a hold of somebody in less than 5 minutes and they fixed it for me immediately. Well actually they showed me how to do it on the application.. LOL 10 out of 10 If I have any bad experiences I will edit this comment but so far very happy..
