Can't use on Android. I have used iMemories for years and all of my photos and videos are on the site. With the last couple of updates I have not been able to upload pictures. I pay a yearly subscription. I have called several times and also sent emails with this concern but have never been able to correct issues. Very disappointed with this product. Working on getting all my items to a different site. I don't want to. Please fix the issues for Android users.

loved this at first.sent in a bunch of VHS's from the 90's and they came back in great condition.also brought back a lot of great memories.HOWEVER, after paying hundreds of dollars to get them digitized you also have to pay a monthly fee to keep watching them? Thats ridiculous to me after all the money already spent.and its a shame that I won't be sending anymore in. also idk if I can help other people having trouble logging in/watching videos but if the app isn't working google the website

I've always loved IMemories app and have been using it for many years. Since the last update, though, I am unable to get the app to even open! It always says "Account is currently authorizing". Therefore, I am forced to go on the actual website and login to view my photos/videos. What is going on??? I pay annually for a service that only half works. (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleaned the cache, and that did NOT work.). Please advise as to what I should do. Thank u.
