Prelude Connect provides the tools you need to effectively manage the fertility process. Features include an instant access account portal, care team text messaging , an interactive calendar and one-touch clinic call and directions. Exclusive to the Prelude Network of fertility centers across the U.S., Prelude Connect is a virtual companion created by experts to support and guide you through your individualized fertility care plan.

Tools and features to give you access, support and control throughout your personal fertility journey include:

• A personalized interactive calendar offers a complete view of the medications to be administered during a treatment cycle, visibility into appointments in and out of cycle, and menses cycle tracking. When clicking each calendar day, you can see medications to take, confirm whether they have been taken, and access videos for help in administrating medications. You may also directly message your care team with questions.
• Prelude Connect Messaging allows for two-way HIPAA compliant text messaging preventing phone tag and missed timelines and enabling you to receive quick reminders from your care team to help keep you on track. In-app video messaging also offers valuable face time with your team between clinic visits.
• The Prelude Connect Portal offers 24/7 access to your account including clinical records, labs, and other helpful resources.
• A one-touch contact feature allows you to call your clinic immediately from app.
• A one-touch feature also allows you to launch directions to your clinic from the app.

Additional Features:
In- app notifications support patient appointment reminders, medication changes following a monitoring appointment, lab results and remarks, documents shared from the care team, procedure prep notifications, trigger notifications for cycle shots, and more.

This app is hot garbage. Every date field is impossible to type in. Instead, I've had to scroll through 33 years in the calendar just to enter my birth date on multiple pages. In multiple data entry fields, the keyboard covers the bubble where text is being input and is impossible to minimize, even covering the submission button. I had to abandon the app and use a desktop instead. It's unusable

Update: For something that is monumental to someone's life why would you force people to use a product that does not work? Messages don't come through. No notifications. Message threads are completely disparate. Changing clinics because app has made logistics a nightmare. Old: App sucks - when trying to upload insurance card photo, it won't allow you to choose from files, it only opens the camera app. Calendar selector is completely busted.

A work in process. It works most of the time, but when it doesn't, it's really inconvenient since the clinic doesn't take phone calls anymore and you're redirected to this app. Labs are never uploaded. In the previous login you could easily see your same-day labs uploaded, but I've never had them load in this app. I've had a notification that I had messages, but couldn't open them. When I sent a message to my provider about my cycle starting, it somehow redirected it to billing, embarrassing.
