Ratings and reviews

Not intuitive at all, I just wanted to look at a few things and I got constant messages from people from India asking me what I wanted etc. I couldn't figure out how to delete the messages, as I didn't want to send any in the first place. It doesn't show verified sellers as it states, and every time I attempted yo click on an item, I stated getting messages from Sellars. What an awful app.

The IndiaMART app is really good – I would rate the app itself 10/10 for its features, user interface, and usefulness for connecting buyers and sellers. However, my only issue is with their customer service representatives, especially the team that calls for paid memberships. They keep forcing you to take paid membership, and if someone wants to use it as a free platform, they don’t seem to get the same respect.

The app is really good for searching products. However, after you search for an item, even if you have searched for it unintentionally, your mobile number is shared with the relevant sellers through this app without checking whether you actually want further information or not. As a result, you end up receiving a lot of unwanted calls, which becomes extremely annoying. This needs to be improved, and the app should take your permission before sharing your number for calls.so only Single Star.
